Fast-paced and innovative environment with truly awesome, collaborative people. The team keeps getting stronger (especially new leadership), and there's a real sense of momentum and purpose. The new CTO is fantastic!

Cons

Long-term planning can be challenging due to the pace and constant change, but that's part of working at a startup.

Fellow engineers are great to work with - lots of intelligent people who are also friendly and easy to communicate with. Supportive colleagues who listen to each others ideas and concerns. Plenty of opportunity for growth. The office is beautiful.

Cons

Upper management wants to push out so many features so quickly that there is very little time given for anything else. Almost no time is given to tackle tech debt, which results in frequent bugs. Serious growing pains over the last few years. Work life balance ranges from decent to virtually non-existent, depending on your team and role.
