My direct peers, and most teams I partnered closely with.

Cons

There's no transparency or formal leading from "Leadership", no growth opportunities, no formal reviews, no merit based promotion or compensation increases. The C-Level and VPs lack complete self-awareness and leave a lot to be desired when it comes to company roadmap, growth, and general communication. STAY AWAY!

Fintech vibes in the office, lots of snacks, drinks, casual attire. Great coworkers.

Cons

Company has some growing pains- need to get a stronger brokerage support infrastructure. Most people seem stressed and overworked. they offer great perks like unlimited PTO, etc but no one takes it.
