Pros

1. Highly competitive working environment. You have to work hard to stay on the top 2. Be communicative and voice your thoughts to get noticed and stand-out. 3. The more you push yourself, the more you learn and grow. 4. Perks and promotions are on time and above industry standards - a big thumbs up! 5. Excellent work related politics and processes.

Cons

Sometimes long hours at work can be stressful - but since we all are working remotely due to pandemic situation - this concern is also not there since last 06 months!

Pros

- Positive minded and skilled people all around - Latest tech stacks are used in almost all projects - with enough opportunities to learn and grow - Very less micro-management - And above all - the company has been very supportive during this time of pandemic when we all are working remotely. HR is doing a great job in keeping all engaged.

Cons

The hiring process is very stringent - with emphasis on problem solving skills, so my advice to career aspirants is that they should be ready to be grilled thoroughly.
