The leadership team is transparent, approachable, and open to feedback. They make an effort to keep everyone informed about company goals, challenges, and successes, which fosters a sense of belonging and purpose.

Cons

Some of the systems used are outdated and slow, which hampers productivity. Upgrading technology and providing proper training on new software would enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
