The company claims they have a start-up mentality as many of its procedures are still in their infancy, welcoming inputs and views from others from other sectors; however, if you suggest change, you become part of the problem. Procedures and regulations are not in infancy, they are non-existent. Additionally, her son was brought on into a minor leadership role despite having no leadership or managerial experience.
