Pros

Name of company was known by referral sources. Salary was good.

Cons

Worked WAY TOO MUCH!!! Long days and on call on weekends and holidays. I didn't have a good work / life balance. Understaffed at the marketing position. This is why i resigned.

Great people and team work, flexible hours. Ability to move up and take on new experiences

Cons

Not a lot of trust from the upper management. Constructive criticism was not at the top of the way to handle things.
