Ok Pay, Not so great benefits

Pros

The pay is decent for the job that I do.

Cons

They have no sick leave, no maternity leave, and no bereavement leave. You will be forced to take from the few days of PTO you’ve taken months to accrue. Your contract may or may not include overtime and can change without notice. Example: I went from having OT, to being told randomly that OT no longer existed after I had already worked it. No one informed me of my change in contract. They also do not give annual raises.

Great Company

Pros

Good work/life balance. Fair pay. Working overseas means your pay is not subject to federal income tax, so making around $48,000 a year there is like making over $60,000 in the US.

Cons

Overtime is hardly ever approved or needed, so if you're looking for extra income for that you would need to look at other, more vital positions with this company than Program Analyst.

Pros

-competitive compensation for employees, -minimum supervisory intervention, -retirement package, -moderate independence -little paperwork -online webinar training courses offered, -acquire professional work experience

Cons

-complete absence of performance evaluations from management and performance-based raises -lack of professional development and training opportunities, (few online courses on MS software available) -poor communication from HQ to field employees -lack of professionalism and competency from mid-level managers due to high management turnover rates. -complete absence of employee recognition -poor support and investment in employee services and morale -subpar appreciation and understanding for employee services to and positive impact on clients; bordering complete disregard. -lack of internal mentorship program -lack of life/work balance opportunities (ideal but not necessary). -establish and promote incentive program based on productivity, relationships, evaluations, etc.
