Overall it was a great place to work. There were opportunities for advancement. Towards the end there was a bit of turnover due to management disagreements

The pay was more than most secretary positions.

Cons

Supervisors were allowed to promote individuals without skill, while leaving others with knowledge, skills, and seniority to take on being POCs and training facilitators for all other secretaries and admin. None of the work was secretary work. It was all administrative and finance. They got away with underpaying by labeling the positions as "secretary".
