      Pros

      Pretty Flexible. The client I worked for was great.

      Cons

      No room for growth. No ability to make good on potential. The contract management could feel degrading at times (offered a 34 cent per hour raise at one point after asking for a raise).

      Multiple training opportunities, open door policies with supervisors and managers.

      Cons

      Contract management assigns one admin to multiple branches (government sites) with different policies, procedures and branch heads instead of paying for one admin per branch, as would be the most efficient way. Quickly leads to burnout.
