      Pros

      Plenty of opportunity to work and opportunities to move up after a couple years. Generous pay increases.

      Cons

      Typically will start on night shift that can last for a year or two. Heavily favors senior employees as far as job advancement and post requirements. Will sometimes be required to work 16 hour days. Can be easy to become burnt out at times.

      No pros to work at this company

      Cons

      Don't care about their employees. Don't pay their employee if they are sent home because someone else within the company gets sick. Have to use all your leave pay or go leave witout pay if the base is shut down at no fault of the employee. Have nepotism within the company and management only promotes their favorites, not based on skills or education. Their is no communication from human resources or managment.
