I have no cons and honestly don’t expect any

Unpaid leave for contractors especially in overseas countries that carry American traditional and federal and the host countries holidays, should be paid if we don’t have a choice due to active duty/gs support/instruction No overtime despite being in high ops tempo commands/private sectors When sub par employees are identified and let go, however they conduct them selves rolls in response rolls down hill to the rest of us due to the nature of being a contractor, we get negative attention because commanders want to cut contracts out. Not Alutiiq specific, but it is a struggle most if not all Contractors and their employers have to endure. No sick leave, paid or not, our contracts dictate time allotted to miss before breach of contract and termination. Non negotiable amount of hours also. Again this following reason is also something a lot of contractors are subject to, no authorization for early dismissal or “59” , unless limit commander negotiates with management
