Pros

Good pay for the amount of work you have to do. Good boss and you get breaks and OT. Over all good job!

Cons

None besides some supervisor are to strike and take advantage of their power. The benefits are also hard to figure out without guidance.

Reasonable Benefits, Flexible Schedule, Reasonable starting pay (no raises or bonuses)

Cons

High turn over rate, poor communication, takes advantage of hard workers, no consequences for bad behavior (example tardiness), no raises or recognition, no reviews, vacation time gets dumped after a year of employment, minimal upward mobility, doesn't take sexual harassment claims seriously, doesn't listen to employees concerns about duties and staffing needs,
