      Pros

      Decent benefits, no micromanagement, good working environment, company is growing after a year or two of trimming down.

      Cons

      Lower management seems not to have accountability. No employee feedback. No annual bonuses or performance appraisals. Little communication of changes throughout org.

      Great pay, comfortable work environment, flexible shift work

      Cons

      Company management did little to support you if FPS inspectors writer you up and waves to get rid of you. Even if all chips point that you where in the right, management still goes with FPS word.

      Pros

      Worked at the Network Enterprise Center (NEC-R) @ Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. Providing on-site desktop support for configuration issues, software installs, patch management, etc.

      Cons

      I don't know why I would be forced to write a 20 word summary on the 'cons' of my employment. I didn't really have any problems with this employer.
