      No major complaints .Always Overtime..Great Posts that could lead to other govt job opportunity

      Management showed favoritism to people that did not deserve it.Should not be showing favoritism in the 1st place.Would schedule to work on your days off ,without asking.Did not fight for the integrity of employees in regard to clients ,if something went wrong

      Pros

      Excellent management. The company went out of its way to ensure my employment as the government continuously switched projects without notice. Very helpful when I needed to take berreavement leave on short notice. Each tme a contract ended, management found another position for me. Good benefits. One of tfhe few Alaskan companies that acctually rewarded it Alaskan Native owners with jobs, dividends, and opportunities for education and success.

      Cons

      Project Manage was headquartered in a distant state: could only visit the job-site at long intervals.

      I enjoyed the people I worked with, I also enjoyed providing good quality service to our customer.

      Cons

      Like all contracting companies, you never know if your contract might end.
