      Pros

      The pay was relatively good. It can provide you an opportunity to work on some very unique projects.

      Cons

      DC based managers are indifferent to issues on the ground and there is little or no inaction between the company and their staff working on a customer site. The company does not offer a flexible spending account.

      Pros

      Great wage, benefits and career advancement. Supervisors are very sensitive to employee needs and will help where they can. They also provide excellent information regarding corporate policies.

      Cons

      PTO accrues slowly. Sick-leave benefits are included in PTO only. Benefits do include the ability to sign up for temporary disability payment.
