      Pros

      Decent pay, benefits and flexible time off. Management is very knowledgeable and helps when needed. Ability to cross train and develop new skills.

      Cons

      Unfair raise and promotion system. Contract work and lay offs happen. Health insurance family coverage is extremely expensive. Only 2 weeks of PTO.
