      Pros

      The best thing for me was that it was day shift work. The company treated everyone with respect and tried to accommodate everyone's needs. I was in Hawaii and the staff there were awesome!

      Cons

      The worst thing for me was that this was contract positions. I would have continued this position until retirement. But even after position ended, I was ready for another but there were none.

      Pros

      If you can get in the money at the location I was at was great. Much, much higher than anyplace else I'd been or heard of.

      Cons

      Management made the decision to let the project manager and his deputy go rogue. That choice ended up costing the company the defense contract they had. It's one thing to be hands off, but heads off is a whole other matter.

      Pros

      Salaries were good for the area, excellent opportunities for promotion if you work hard and prove yourself...upper management visits in effort to connect with workers.

      Cons

      No sick leave, no bonuses, expensive healthcare packages, no matching 401K, company was late with paying into 401K
