Alvaria Implementation Engineer reviews

The company culture is really toxic, they focus heavily on everyone working harder and more hours and consistently glorify employees working 60+ hours a week. The company is desperate and asking us to post glassdoor reviews to boost the ratings. Essentially we got an email stating that someone declined a job based on the current negative reviews on glassdoor. Much to my surprise one of the new reviews mentions it being people laid off, I believe most of the reviews are actually from employees that took an exit program offered by the company. Current future outlook for the company is not good and I am actively looking for work elsewhere.
