Tons of opportunity to learn and expand your set of skills here. There is not a week that goes by where I am not expanding my knowledge and skill set. Work hard, learn something, have fun. Flexible work schedules that allow for a good work/life balance. Everyone at the company is so willing to help and there is a huge team mentality from C level management down.

Cons

The recent merger between two industry leaders (Aspect & Noble Systems) led to a renaming, so the brand name is not as easily noticeable in the market - however, this company is developed and stabilized.
