      The employer is understanding and lets you work at your own pace and on your own time.

      Cons

      Sometimes the workload is too much. A few of the employees don't work at all and just show up and leave.

      Poorly managed, understaffed and overworked

      It is a job and pays money, nothing else is positive about this company

      Cons

      Poorly managed, understaffed yet insist they are "over full" as they put it, lack of empathy, common decency or understanding of the employees and what they need to get the job done. Frequently made to work 6 days in a row, schedule all over the place, toxic work environment, not worth the money. All the training talks about starbucks being a family, the irony in it being the opposite is a punch in the face.
