      - challenging tasks - good experience

      - no life-work balance - no appreciation - nothing is good enough - impossible to get promoted - low package - much politics

      Pros

      I don't have any I guess except eating pizza and some times there are good circumstances if you are working with good managers.

      Cons

      Standards doesn't make sense Managers are quite not good in managing the restaurant. Sometimes managers will torture you to follow standards however it doesn't matter if they follow up or not. Wanted to make good business with less employees in a firm.
