Free 7 night cruise for yourself and a companion annually, 401k matching up to 4%, full health and dental coverage, management cares about you and does fun monthly events, annual bonuses up to 25% of your annual salary (based on merit, of course), monthly birthday lunches, in-depth training program.

Cons

Parking, high burnout rate (being on the phone most of the day isn't for everyone), can be cliquey, can be hard to move up in the company.

Where to begin: 1. Management and owners are antiquated and not open to new ideas. They say they are but are very resistant to change. Most senior level VPs have been there years and have not kept up with industry best practices. Bad attitudes, especially among certain male VPs, envelope entire departments. 2. Borderline abusive environment. Owner and senior level management yell at subordinates and think it's ok. I saw more people cry here than at any other previous place of employment. There is no official HR department either. 3. Computers and laptops are old and refurbished. 4. Morale is low. Owners place employees far below the bottom line. They are so out of touch they think a free stale monthly lunch will make up for it. 5. Turnover rate is very high. Those who do stay.....do it for the free trip. 6. Only way to get promoted is to be on the owner's good side. If he does not like you, for whatever reason, there's no room for advancement.
