I really enjoyed the people I worked with and the fact that we were always encouraged to share our innovative ideas without judgement.

Cons

One drawback of the job is that at times there was a hostile work environment between the sales and marketing departments, leading to occasional internal miscommunications. Additionally, there's a need to be cautious as the company frequently undergoes restructuring, which can result in positions being eliminated abruptly.
