      Great corporate culture and a good place to kickstart your career

      Pros

      Vision, people and management = excellent. A very good brand to be associated with in the travel technology industry. Excellent benefits on top of the base pay. Almost everyone enjoys a healthy work life balance. Conducive environment for employees to bring about change / innovation / product improvements. Almost everyone can speak a good level of English.

      Cons

      Generally, slow career progression (there are exceptions of course). Base pay is not the most competitive (but work life balance is an upside - so a con depending on your life style / goals) Too many dependencies, slow to react (classic industry leader negatives) Definitely not a meritocratic environment (seniority rules)

      Multi-cultural environment, successful company (can afford to invest on the best without being too challenged), nice work-life balance, trainings

      Cons

      Too French (despite working with people from plenty of nationalities), top management are all French, they focus too much on recruiting top French schools
