      Pros

      Amadeus is a really international company, with the aim to improve and do the things better. Good work-life balance. Great professionals inside with the aim to collaborate when necessary within a good working ambience. Mid-to-high retribution conditions with great benefits package.

      Cons

      You need to speak English. You will improve your promotion possibilities if you are able to move abroad. Decisions taken from a political perspective at higher levels.

      Slow career advancement and salary progress: good results & motivation to advance do not pay off, a lot of organizational changes
