Great product, company and people!
Pros
I love everything about this company. I was sold when i saw how many people have been with the company since it started. It’s amazing and speaks volumes. Now, since I’m a part of the company, i can see why and I’m glad I’ve made the right decision to join Navitaire. You get little supervising, everyone is super helpful (you just need to know what to ask and who), flexibility in work hours makes it great for work/life balance. You get to work with people all over the world! Philippines, Australia, Europe, Latin America.
Cons
Sometimes you have to take very early morning or very late night calls due to you counterparts or clients being in another part of the world, but it’s manageable as you can plan in advance and take time off during the day time to do your chores.
