      Industry leader; diversity in the travel business (airlines, corporate travel, hotel, airport IT, BI, ...); great opportunities internationally; internal mobility; people diversity (many origins and backgrounds); community feeling; very good team and middle management for the most part; great work-life balance and decent compensation.

      Cons

      European centric (a cons if you are based elsewhere); core technology is aging but evolving; good efforts to invest in evolutionary technology is impeded by politics; slow moving and a tendency to reinvent the wheel instead of using open-source tools and frameworks.

      Pros

      Challenging work environment, great group of people, flexibility and life balance, telecommuting allowed for some but not all

      Cons

      Lack of employee training, some employees can be pigeonholed into a certain role and can never move out of that role, new management doesn't seem to value those who have worked within the organization for years, if you're not tied to the top level of management you are not in the know of what is happening within the organization
