      LACK OF OPPORTUNITIES for career growth, disrespected by management in growth potential. No visibility for vision and strategy, horrible project management, no 'lessons leaned' mistakes/errors happen over and over. Recruitment dept have zero communication or processes with hiring. Benefits are less and less year over year. Old technology and processes, ITIL change management system is 20yrs old. Very TOP HEAVY (too much management). TOO EUROPE CENTRIC? NOT RECOMMEDED!
