      Pros

      Good work-life balance. Welcoming coworkers. Had a lot of things going on in my life. Needed that work-life balance.

      Cons

      Low compensation. Poor career advancement. Given entry level position with 5 YoE. Only got promoted 3 years later.

      Pros

      The people are easy to get along with and very helpful. There is a lot of lateral mobility, so if you feel like your skills aren't being best utilized on one team, you can easily request you be transferred to another team. Likewise, if you want to try out something new. Management did everything in their power to keep everyone on during the pandemic, even allowing people to work 75% time for 90% pay to reduce the cost to the company and provide a benefit for the employee. Management has your back.

      Some late nights/early mornings as you work with teams across the world.
