      Good work life balance They don't layoff people like the tech giants

      Cons

      Depends on which department you work for. A lot of people have left and there are a lot of newcomers. Seems like knowledge loss is a problem in every team. Learning opportunities will be less too

      - Not a good place to eat around the office - I do not like if i do not have my own workspace at the office
