Everyone is respectful including the Directors and SVP's from other departments. One hour lunch breaks. Benefits, pension after five years. Raises every April.

Cons

No restaurants close by that you have to order which is more costly. No free memberships.

Great people, chill environment and not a lot of work within the day.

Cons

The pay isn’t great you feel you should be making more money and that’s because you can. I don’t feel like there was much opportunity to grow and move up in my position
