Benefits are good, retirement plan if you stay 5 years.

Cons

Management looks the other way when it comes to incompetence of Managers and allows bullying and threats to subordinates.

weird structure a lot of old timers who don't want to teach or train employees. No room for growth and places to go

Pros

Hard for me to think of any pros. Union benefits after 6 months. Some management is flexible others not so much and they are on you like you are in jail.

Cons

The training is not the best. Very boring job. Sit in a cubical at a computer all day. Some management will be like a hawk on you.
