Pros

Management and staff are very helpful and competent. Each position offers hands-on training so that you can become familiar with work you will be doing. Most positions in the company are union. The environment is more of a casual one and laid back but nevertheless, it is still business oriented.

Cons

The salary is very low compared to other companies with the level of job and duties. There are no salary increase for attaining an advanced degree. Employees are sometimes not recognized for their hard work.

Pros

Good salary, supportive coworkers, I thoroughly enjoyed my time working at this company. Would definitely recommend this company to a friend

Cons

Little room to grow, many employees get "stuck" in their roles and don't strive to do better. Managers understand their employees yet expect a lot from them
