Pros

Your supervisors aren't standing over you.You pretty much have your assignment. You come to work and get that done. You become vested after 5 years.

Cons

Morale is really low. No one is on the same page as far as how to properly get work done. Supervisors don't really communicate with staff until there is an issue.
