Pros
Relaxed work environment, coworkers are easy going, opportunity to learn new skills, upper level management is personable and easy to talk to, extremely accommodating (this varies depending on department), vacation starting year one
Cons
Less than organized, depending on you position you will have to wear multiple hats, some of middle management isn't the best but honestly I have see a lot worse
