Amazing Lash Studio is extremely unorganized and just a joke. It’s a scam. The prior owner and manager ruined it for everyone, yet the brand itself isn’t good at all. The lashes and glue are super cheap and damaging. You will not have your real lashes if you continue to come here. Clients come in and complain ALL THE TIME. The stylists literally get two and half days of training and then have to take people to practice on for 2 days and go right into taking paying clients. Um what? Not only are these girls uncomfortable with this and not ready-the clients usually hate their lashes and they look terrible. None of the girls get the training they need for this place to be reputable. The managers are always new to this company and don’t know anything about lashes-or how to treat their employees. They don’t pay you anything and you have to hear people complain all day, as well as cover shifts for everyone because nobody wants to work-or cares enough to come. I had to work open to close for 2 weeks straight, the turnover rate is EXTREMLY HIGH. You will not get an employee that stays there very long and if they don’t show up then you have to deal with all their angry clients and get screamed at. The majority of management (through not only my studio but the whole region) is competitive and very immature talking trash about every single studio-and it become a drama infested company. This place was a headache to work at.
