Pros

Work culture was great very diverse my team and manger was great I had a lot of fun there and I was able to take my skills that I learned and start my own business. I had amazing owners and they did a lot for us as far as incentives for hitting goals and bonuses

Cons

I would say my only issue was too frequently running out of products to do my services also changing the pay structure to where we didn’t receive what we deserved

Great place to learn lash extensions since they will train you & give you clients. Adored my co workers!!

Cons

You sign a contract for 1 year, so they will not let you leave the company unless you pay a fee. Training was bull crap & immediately you are thrown into a full schedule. Pay was laughable.
