Cons
-hard on your body -no flip time between services -very focused on quantity over quality -will give people free corrections even when they shouldnt (for example, clients would come in for a fill with no lashes but would refuse to rebook for a full set and were told they would not get completely full in the time available. then they would call and complain about not getting full and management would allow them to come in for free) -underpaid -no benefits -stylists were given clean up duties at the end of the day which hardly anyone would do. if you actually did what you were supposed to do, you’d get stuck with cleaning the bathroom basically every day -would raise people’s level (shorting their service time) before they were ready for it
