Tips are good. They were the only reason I could afford to work here so long. Friendly staff. Layed back environment.

Cons

No scheduled lunch break. They often would book me back to back all day long with little to no breaks for 8 hours. Management was clueless about lashes and cared more about money than making their employees happy. We were very underpayed for the amount of work we did.

Clients come to you! In house training no experience necessary. Good pay great tips. Time goes so fast when lasting. Making people feel beautiful.

Cons

Some clients are difficult and have unrealistic expectations. the technique is challenging. The work is labor intensive and not for everyone.
