Pros

You get your lash done free but they make you stop if clients call so you look stupid walking around with half work. Or you need to go in on your days off.

Cons

They tell you to start off at $9 and work your way up to senior stylist with more pay but you can go over and beyond for them and they dont care about you. The owner's dont know what you go through managers just care about looking good. They just care about them making money and getting new members that get what they pay for. Its all about quantity not quality and pining clients to get memberships that give them poor quality service.

Pros

You can get your lashes done for free! pretty calm environment. Get to meet some nice customers and in my case, they can offer your a better job at a company they work for,

Cons

UNORGANIZED! high turnover rate, the owners only care about themselves and money, they have no idea what happens in the studio, and you rarely see them. The managers have it the worse, they come in untrained and then get called all day long about things they don't know.
