I really like the positive work atmosphere. The training was great. Amazing lash studio s has a really good system of letting the receptions take care of all the booking and payments so that stylists can just "get to it" when the client arrives.

Cons

Although the atmosphere is great.... The stylists are ridiculously underpaid. It's hard to stay at any job, no matter how great, knowing that you could be getting paid triple the amount elsewhere.

Pros

I was able to learn and perfect the art of doing lashes. Was able to use this company as a stepping stone to further my career.

Cons

Poor communication throughout the company as a whole. Training is not nearly as extensive as it should be before allowing inexperienced stylists to work on paying clients. Uncaring owners and managers that pick favorites AND encourage drama. Pay is a joke. Product quality is questionable.
