You create your management schedule, great place to build your leadershio and sales skills, and Supportive franchisee

Cons

I wish they paid more as a multi-studio director because I would've stayed. Pay for stylist lacked in the beginning of the career which made for high turnover

Cons

No opportunities for growth, extremely high turnover, the owner Hanh Le is toxic. She will fire anyone after one mistake and refuses to pay her employees a livable wage. Sends dehumanizing messages to employees and does not respect work balance boundaries.
