Guaranteed minimum wage if you're not working on someone. Not really any other pros. You will make more money elsewhere I PROMISE YOU.

Low pay for lash tech, bad management, greedy company.

Pros

Time flies when your doing lashes... You get tips which is great. The buildings are usually very nice and as long as your doing your job right you'll have a permanent job

Cons

The pay is close to minimum wage so don't expect to get paid more than a typical job like at the store

They train you a lashing technique that can be helpful to performance.

Cons

Managers are horrible at commack, ny location. Very inexperienced and display discriminatory behavior. Compensation is not competitive to other lash stylist job opportunities.
