Pros
Great coworkers, easy opening and closing, managers are easygoing, your goal is sales, but no one forces you to hassle the guests. The training is super easy and you get a lot of freedom to take on a supervising role to fix problems on your own. There are a lot of bonuses. You learn a lot about how to use the camera.
Cons
It's outdoors and working during the summer and winter can be unbearable. There are no raises. The prices are high and it's almost embarrassing having to explain that to guests. There is no structure to who does what among employees. Hours are super late. Assistant managers can be too informal with employees.
