We get to work on full stack development environment from DevOps, backend, and frontend and handle good communication skills

Those who are new in a fast pace environment can struggle to maintain work-life harmony as fatigue hits hard when you don't give your personal life a much-needed rest from work

- Good WLB - Not much work pressure - Good leave policy

Cons

- Terrible holiday calendar, no holidays even Christmas is not a holiday. Every holiday is optional leave. - No learning opportunity, all you do is handle ticket, migrate service, upgrade software - Weekend On call - Terrible salary inequality, some peers earn lot more for same role same experience.
