Great opportunity for advancement Awesome Benefits from day 1 Clear schedule boundaries & Timing PTO starts from Day 1

Cons

Any issues with UPT that are an error take a LONG time to resolve. HR and ERC will toss you back and forth until you are persistent with someone in person at the FC, and even then they try to redirect you.
