- Leadership. Specifically, dumb "culture" decisions conducted over the course of 12 -24 months that cause employees to lose trust in the leaders making these decisions - Cult-like culture of Leadership Principles - Work-life balance/ harmony is lacking for many teams - Stack-ranking for employee evaluations is capricious and overall harmful
