      Pros

      Good place to learn management skills. Lots of opportunities to grow or move to different departments. If you pay attention, you will learn warehouse management skills even if you’re an entry level 1 employee.

      Cons

      Long 12 hour shifts and constant labor tracking can be difficult for some people to manage. If you are a slacker with a bad attitude don’t work at an amazon warehouse.
