Pros

Active, always something to do. Always something to learn. Advancement for anyone who's willing to work, and train for that position. Benefits are great, and very affordable. Steady full time work, flexible part time. All in all, pretty decent place to work.

Cons

This job is not for everyone. Know your limits. A lot of heavy lifting, bending over all day, Getting down on your knees repeatedly throughout the day. Fresh buildings have very large freezers, that you do have to work in daily for a couple hours a day (cold weather gear provided)
