Pros

Lots of opportunities. Free education. Increase pay scale. Great benefits.

Cons

Parking, security is good but if u forget ur badge be prepared to wait. Cafeteria food is catered so it's very expensive to eat.

Pros

Lots of overtime available, Four day work week. Good job for people with no other experience, and want to make a decent income.

Cons

Always being encouraged to work faster. Have to be standing for 10-12 hours. Always being micromanaged for time off task. Tell you about all kinds of "opportunities", like transferring to another site, but nothing ever comes of it.

Pros

I was getting paid $18

Cons

Expect high rates, high turnovers, and favortism from managers and PAs (Personal Assistants to the managers) constantly getting moved to different departments to "help out". Expect management to volunteer you to be crossed-train in another department even if you are already trained in various departments compared to some of your coworkers. Expect to be overworked and management does not care if you are unwell even if you voiced it.
